Sun bathing--when you really do it right, feels like a warm soak, relaxing and refreshing your whole body. A little sun in moderation, can give you the vitamin D you need, make you feel happier and reduce stress and anxiety.
The older generation, who grew up in the 1920s and '30s, talked a lot about taking in sun baths. Don't hear that anymore. Too bad. With protective sunscreen, it's a free, easy, and enjoyable way to recreate. I think it's a activity worth bringing back.
